Celtic Applique Class

Brenda at Mama’s Quilt Shop talked me into teaching again.  It’s been so long but I agreed and led the last few Hawaiian applique` classes for 2011.  The ladies in the class are lovely people and I’m enjoying getting to know them.

Next year, we’ll work on Celtic Applique`.  We meet on the first Thursday of each month at Mama’s from 9am–around 3pm.  Class fees are very reasonable…only $12 for the whole year  (payable at first class) + your supplies.

The class is almost like an applique` club with a teacher.  Even if you don’t want to learn Celtic work, you can still join the group and work on your own projects.

Brenda has a list of supplies you’ll need.  Each person will need their own copy of the book we’re using.  You can also get the supply list here.

Celtic Applique` Class

In January, we’ll work on making bias for the applique` and we’ll work on our patterns so a sewing machine/cutting board & tools are needed.

If you want to reserve your place in class please give Brenda a call or you can e-mail me.  I hope to see some of you in class!
