I hope everyone has had a wonderful day today. It’s been a nice one here.
I’ve got so much to get done but I decided it would be more fun to pull out all the Valentine theme fabric I could find in my stash. This first fabric is called “Better Than Chocolate” by Luana Rubin for Robert Kaufman fabrics. I like it so much that I have it in 3 colorways!
Here’s another wonderful candy print from Hoffman.
One of my favorite applique patterns is a curvy heart I drew in EQ. I love to do the inside heart in a solid shape and make the curvy heart for the background. It looks like a box of Valentine’s candies to me. Here’s a sample block.
I’m really partial to vintage linens and almost anything from days gone by so no wonder this fabulous fabric is one of my favorites. Aren’t these cards just the cutest? The ones you can buy now are so pitiful. 😦 I can’t decide how to use this adorable fabric though…whatever I make will be for *me*.
I even have a Halloween print that has a bottle of “Love Potion #6” in the design. Here’s the close-up of the potion bottle.
Many of us will remember a song called “Love Potion #9”. Here’s a really cute fabric featuring bottles of Love Potion #9.
And a close-up of the potion.
And lastly, another great vintage cards style print from RJR Fashion Fabrics.
So, do you have some Valentine fabric in your stash?
