Garden Update

I went out this afternoon to check on the garden.  We put a soaker hose in a couple days ago but we’ve had rain so we haven’t had to use it yet.  I picked a couple spears of asparagus and munched on it while checking the veggies.  It looks like everything is coming along.  Just in case you were wondering how things look in the garden, here are a few pictures.

Here’s an overall picture.  See how much things have grown!

And an okra blossom that will probably be open tomorrow.

The tomatoes are blooming but I don’t see any baby tomatoes yet.  I may have to get some of that blossom set stuff to put on the blooms.  What do you think?

If our nights are too hot your blooms will not set, also if too cool(we could only hope for that) the blooms will not set so keep those plants looking good and with our thunderstorms to cool things off you will have tomatoes soon. Your garden looks great.

Your garden looks good!… well except for maybe that Okra plant but then I am a Yankee and you know it’s not in the list of foods I eat. 🙂
