As there is only one month left in Garden Party, I have taken down pretty much everything except the links to patterns that are currently available.

Patterns will be available free for 2 months only.  They will be removed after that time and are no longer available.   There are no plans to re-release it.  Patterns are not available for sale at this time.

IF YOU MISSED ANY OF THE PREVIOUS PATTERNS—-THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE—-YOU CAN NOT GET THEM NOW—-NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please respect copyright.   Permission to copy & distribute for any reason is not granted.

You may make Garden Party for your own personal use, gifts, for charity.  You may even sell the finished quilt as long as I am credited as the designer.

  19. Thank You for the pattern,it’s great…….. not that it really matters, but the print is not aligned so we get 4 pages and 3 is enough…………

    • The extra pattern page is so there is a complete block outline to help with centering the pattern. :-)

  23. glad you are redoing this one mine is one of my ufos and with all the changes in my house who knows where it all is i was organised at one point now have 3 and a hhalf more poeple living with me. LOL in a 2 bedroom house
    need I say more one a 4 yo who at times is better than the 27 yo peple
    this was my favorite and we are cleaning sewing room as i am catching up on mail so maybe will see what i need. know i have most all of it
    here in one form or another the bird is done.

  36. Can you tell us how much blue you need to buy for background? I would like
    to buy enough up front for the whole quilt so I can be sure I can get enough of the same color. Thanks, sweetie! Hope you will drop by retreat next weekend to say “hi.”

    • I probably won’t be able to visit retreat this time. The basic yardage which includes the blue background is listed in the Garden Party file on Box.net.

      The first page of the pdf is just a picture of the quilt. The second page has basic yardage info.

  60. am I the only one having trouble downloading the Feb. 19th files. I can’t get them to open to go to the download page.I see three boxes when I click on them nothing happens??? Is it my problem or is everyone having this problem.

  104. I just love this quilt. However, somewhere I have missed what size the 9 patch block is supposed to be. I know it can’t be random because it won’t fit otherwise.

  112. I am in ove with your quilt…unfortunately I just found it and it will be finished this month….will it be for sale in the future?…it is so very different than most and I wold love to do it!!! It is so very difficult to find such a challenging quilt that I like….

    Thanks Sheryl for the patterns. My computer crashed in april and i lost the first 4 months of patterns. I understand and respect your decision about replacements so my intention is to collect the rest and make up my own patterns to fill in the blank spots from the missing ones. As you said there are thousands of free patterns on the net available besides the many books in my personal collection. With a little effort i will find replacements and in the end have a beautiful quilt with a slight alteration to your original.

  118. I love your Garden Party BOM. I down loaded November’s BOM in Nov. I just downloaded Dc. BOM. I noticed thatNov. BOM had two postings: the fabric requirements and the hearts. I did not download the hearts. I know the patterns are one line for 2 months, but when I click on the hearts, only the picture appeared. I remember you mentioning there was a problem with a pattern. I must of deleted that e-mail to refresh my memory. So can you explain it again or will Nov BOM hearts have the pattern available before the two month deadline. Thanks

  126. Thank you for sharing Garden Party with us. I read you have a surprise for us in May. Inside the little quilter girl inside me is so excited. Reminded me of when I was small and my grandmother wouldn’t tell me what she got me. She would give little hints like, it’s about this big and she would be pointing to the first digit on her index finger or say wellllll it is bigger than a bread box or something silly like that.   151. Hi there, the first file says there are 7 parts to the overlay but I see only 6 so are am wondering if we are missing a part? Thanks so much for the patterns and time you’ve so generously given us! I can’t wait for the next project to begin :)

    You might try again. I was able to download and open them just fine. Sometimes you just have to download them again because an error occurred in the download process.

  156. I was just starting a new block and found there was an error opening the file download…Garden Condo. So I don’t have the original download but thankfully I do have the foundation pattern and overlay that downloaded correctly!!! PTL I will be able to finish my blocks!!!

  157. Sheryl, just going back through the blocks I’ve downloaded and I don’t have any for December. I just want to know if I’ve missed one as I’ll have to make a note so when I do this I can sub another of the blocks for it or make an alteration. I thought I was being so good about downloading as soon as they came out, too!
