I’ve researched and read scripture looking for what seems to be the right choice. I narrowed it down to these:
1 John 4:8—”Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
1 Corinthians 13:13—” So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”
Psalms 51:10 —”Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”
Psalms 46:10—” Be still and know that I am God.”
It seems that God has to constantly pick me up and set me straight so I almost chose Psalms 51:10.
It was so hard to decide. I love them all. In the end, I chose Psalms 46:10….so simple yet so powerful.
For those who were not able to see the pictures, Roy has one on his business site that you can look at. It’s not as good a picture as the one on his facebook page, but you can get the idea. He starts work on our floors Wednesday!!!! WooHoo!!!

That was the one that means the most to me. I think you have made an excellent choice. God bless you, love you lady!
Thank you, Carol
I do believe this simple verse can guide your whole life. From the time you are a child till the time you grow old and die. It just makes me stop and say OK God, I am now listening, where should I go, what should I do. You are in charge. I won’t say that, I won’t eat that, I won’t do that, please guide me. Great choice in my book! Love your BOM by the way. You are talented!
I’m glad you like the BOM, Chris. There are times when I really need to be reminded to slow down and let God do the talking for me.
I love what you are doing by doing the Bible verse visual. Blessings……………….
Thanks so much, Joyce.
Being still also means a watch on your words and a closed mouth. Words create or destroy. You made a good choice. It is nice to stand back and watch God work.
Hi Lynn. That’s exactly what I read in this verse.
Good choice. And thanks for that link as I could not see his work from the other link. Looking forward to seeing your verse.
Hi Karen. I’ll post a picture when Roy finishes the floor. The barn is totally swept out now and ready for him to get started. It is amazing to me that the floor will be ready for use the next day after he is done.
I agree with Karen. “Good choice.” Here is the refer. for the wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14)
