I did a little more practice using smaller leaves and a different leaf that I’ve done before except in a much larger size. I think it came from one of Dawn Ramirez’s workbooks. It’s the floopy, triple lobed leaf.

Nice variety of leaves , great work!

I really like this, I am having problems visualizing the pattern on a pieced block.:)

Thanks Sheila and Pat. The leaves would make a nice background fill for a block if you did them in a small scale or you could use the large ones for edge to edge.

Sheryl — Your practicing is looking awesome … the feathering is beautiful … and those leaves, I just cannot seem to form of Dawn Ramirez’ … I am so impressed with all the work you’re doing. Keep it up girl!

Thanks, Colleen. I practiced drawing the leaves a good bit when I watched Dawn’s video and I’ve used them as an edge to edge design on a wall quilt. I love her video’s.
