Updated May 27, 2011
This is my official UFO list. The first group of 12 projects are the partially completed UFO’s that have been laying around for a while. The second group of 12 are finished quilt tops just waiting to be quilted & bound.
Every month when Judy L. draws a number for her UFO Challenge, I’ll complete both #’s that match her drawing. Or at least that’s my plan.
I’ll update this list every month as I mark off a completion.
I’m also going to post pictures of the completions here on this page so bear with me as you’ll probably have to see pics more than once.
This way we can see at a glance how much I’ve gotten done…or worse…not gotten done.

#10 Quilt Top----February----"Bears in the Penthouse" (pattern: Bears in the Farmhouse by Judy Laquidara)

What a great blog! I just subscribed. You are so generous to share your beautiful designs with us. I won’t have time to make many of them but just seeing them is wonderful. I know how much time and talent it takes to do so and we all appreciate it. Looking forward to seeing what you do next!
Thanks so much for the nice note Diane!
Awesome quilts!
Thanks Lynne. I have a cousin living in Hawaii.
Sheryl–They are both beautiful. Congratulations. The big block card trick one, did you do the pattern for that one? Is it one you can share? I would love to do a charity quilt out of that one. Thanks.
Thanks Rita. I hope to get the pattern written up later but it will be later down the road.
I’m glad you like them!
Beautiful quilts, Sheryl! Congrats on two great finishes in January, and best of luck for continued success in February.
Hi Sheryl,
I love your UFO list. I have not had one for myself in years. I am almost afraid to put mine in print. I have so many UFO’s. I noticed your Nifty Fifty 8 is on your list and your Twenty Plenty Quilt. I would love photo’s of these quilts when they are finished to add to our pages. You can see my finished Nifty Fifty 8 quilt on our page at http://www.niftyfiftyquilters.com/nf8quilts.html and you can visit our Twenty Plenty quilt page to see other finished TP quilts. I still have so many Nifty Fifty Quilts to finish. I just basted my black and white one…NF 15 and I am adding a border on my NF 26 which is the 1930 repro. The NF blocks seem to be never ending in my house.
I know what you mean about being afraid to make a UFO list. This doesn’t even scratch the surface of mine but it’s a start.
When I post pictures of NF8 and Twenty Plenty, I’ll try to remember to send copies to you also. Just remind me if I forget.
I have 2 sets of NF8, a set of NF3 (I think) and NF7 (I think). They were addictive. Lol.
Hi Sheryl,
I have been updating some of my Nifty Fifty websites. I removed the Nifty Fifty quilt photos from our NF photo gallery page and replaced them with quilt blocks from our swaps. I used your Nifty Fifty 8 Louisiana quilt block to represent the NF 8 quilts.

Wow, two done!!! That is great and they Look BEautiful! Can’t’ wait to see your next ones. : )
Thanks!
Your quilts are lovely! Thanks so much for your kindness in linking to the bread tutorial–I hope it helps you nourish your body while you nourish your spirit with the beauty of your handiwork!
Thanks Vicki. I miss the bread list but I had to trim some things.
